De-evolution of a Bottle of Wine
Glass 1 - A medium bodied red with slight fruit notes. Would pair nicely with soft cheeses and fish and chicken with tomato-bases sauces.
Glass 2 - Mmmm….more delicious wine.
Glass 3 - Note to self - take the screw cap off before pouring into glass.
